Are you looking for a place to help you quit dipping?
Well, if you are, you’ve found it. Our community is full of dedicated members who know what it takes to quit, and can help. We aren’t going to sugarcoat this, quitting is hard, its really hard. But with a few tools, some solid support and dedication, even you can quit. These are the tools that we use, and that we know work.
The message board is our online support community. We talk every topic under the sun, but especially quitting. Register, ‘sign-in’ with your quit group, read, learn and keep your mind off of quitting. We have a good group of quitters over there, so don’t be afraid to ask about anything quitting related in the introductions or new member discussion sections. Helping others is why we stick around, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help. Keep in mind that we have all quit dipping, so we know what your going through and how hard this is. That’s one of the main reasons why this place works.
Our Chat Room – thequit.org
The Chat Room gives our members a chance to interact with each other in a faster paced environment. When I quit dipping, this was my lifeline. Every quitter is different, but the chat room is ideal for someone trying to get some information, advice, support or just share a few laughs. You have to register for the chat room separately from the forum, but it doesn’t take more than a minute. Remember that it isn’t always packed, so if you find it empty come back later and you will usually find some quitters in there.
Member Blog – thequit.org
The Member Blog is a collection of writings by our members. We mainly talk about how to quit dipping, and how to remain quit. But all kinds of entries make it up on the blog. You can submit your own entries, submit a milestone insight, or have something you wrote on the forum be nominated as an entry into the wise words category. If you feel like you would like to contribute, you are more than welcome to send some of your stuff on to one of the administrators or moderators.
