We are a community of quitters dedicated to helping others find the same freedom we have. Any and all questions not answered here or in the other areas of our site, can be answered by our members on our forum.

Step 1: Head on Over to the Forum

This is where we do all of our quitting. The forum is set up like any other, but it is geared towards helping you quit chewing tobacco. The main areas and quit groups are hidden from guests to protect our members and the community, so you have to register an account to view them.

Step 2: Register an Account with Us

Registration and membership are completely free, and all are welcome join and quit chewing with us. Keep in mind that you must register and log-in to see the quit groups and other important areas of the forum that are hidden from guest users. Once you have registered, the next step is posting posting your very own introduction thread.

Step 3:Post an Introduction, Meet Our Members and Get Answers

Any and all are welcome to post in the introductions section of the forum, no strings attached. Tell us a little about yourself, ask questions, and get answers about how to quit chewing. Keep in mind that in order to post in any of the sections of the forum, you must first register an account with us.

Step 4: Find Your Quit Group

We organize our quitters by quit groups, which are broken down into months and designated by your quit day. When you log into the forum and open up the quit group section, under each quit group is a range of dates. Your quit date is the day you quit chewing. Find which quit group month your quit day falls under, and that’s your quit group and where you post roll.

Step 5: Post Roll with Us and Make Your Promise

Posting roll is a promise we make to each other and ourselves to quit chewing and not use nicotine today. We make this promise in the form of a signature on a list with our quit brothers and sisters in our quit groups. I know how crazy this can look to someone on the outside looking in, but take our challenge and quit with us today, you will never regret quitting.

Step 6: Prize for Completing the Challenge:
