You want to quit chewing tobacco naturally, but you don’t know where to start?

We have a system, that if followed correctly, guarantees that you will quit chewing tobacco naturally. Lets talk about some of the steps that this community uses when it comes to quitting naturally. The first of the three is making that final decision to quit. After we have decided to quit, this place uses accountability to help you remain quit. We maintain that accountability by doing what we call posting roll.

The first step to quitting naturally and without any NRT’s [or nicotine replacement therapies], is to make the decision to quit. This is one of the hardest steps when it comes to quitting, and if you don’t want it, it isn’t going to happen. We have learned from countless failed attempts that if someone doesn’t want to quit, they wont. You have to ask yourself one important question, ‘how bad do you want this?’

If you’ve decided that you want it bad enough, now what? This what is accountability. We base what we do here on accountability, and we have found that this is one of the best ways to quit and stay quit naturally. We don’t use any chew, dip, snuff, snus, cigarettes, cigars or nicotine in any form. We do this by making a daily pledge to ourselves and the rest of our community that we will not use nicotine today.

Now your asking yourself, how do I make myself accountable? The way that we make ourselves accountable is by doing what we call posting roll. We put our names down on a list with our quit groups on a daily basis. This signature is a promise and our word to not use nicotine in any form today. We do this early in the morning and naturally take nicotine off of the table. If we post roll every morning and keep our word, we cant fail.

If you think your ready to make the decision, to start holding yourself accountable and post roll with us, head on over to the forum. Register, start your own introduction thread, read, learn and quit with us.
